Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Runamuk Farms and Flowers Flower Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the purchaser:

Reservation of Subscription
I understand that by purchasing a flower subscription (for myself or as a gift), my spot is reserved in the respective flower subscription. There are no refunds for cancellations once purchased. If needed, I may transfer the subscription to another person.

Gift Subscriptions
If I am gifting a subscription, I will communicate the terms and conditions of the subscription to the recipient.

Seasonal Subscriptions
I understand that Runamuk Farms and Flowers reserves the right to adjust pick-up dates based on factors like weather or crop bloom timing. I will receive email updates, and it’s my responsibility to ensure I am receiving communications. I agree to add runamukfarms.flowers@gmail.com to my email contacts and check spam/promotions folders to avoid missing updates.

Flower Pick-Up
I understand that it’s my responsibility to pick up the bouquets during the designated time frame. If I’m unable to pick up my flowers, I may have someone else pick them up for me, or I will forfeit that week’s subscription. Runamuk Farms and Flowers cannot accommodate pick-ups outside of the agreed time slots.

Rewards and Risks of Farming
I understand that being a subscription member means sharing both the rewards and risks of farming. While I will receive beautiful, fresh, high-quality flowers, there may be risks, including poor harvests due to weather, pests, or crop failure. In such cases, my subscription may have a smaller or non-existent share of the harvest. Runamuk Farms and Flowers will do everything possible to ensure a plentiful, sustainable flower supply.

Flower Care
I understand that flowers are a perishable product with varying vase lives, typically 5-7 days or more. Runamuk Farms and Flowers will provide flower care instructions, but I am responsible for ensuring proper care once I receive my flowers. The farm is not responsible for flower quality or vase life due to improper care.
